
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift Vouchers:
- Valid strictly for 3 month's only.

Gift vouchers are available for any monetary value.

If the treatment you choose is less than the amount
of the voucher, the balance can be put towards
another treatment, either on the same day, or at
another appointment.

If the treatment you choose is more than the amount
of the voucher, the balance can be paid in cash or
with card in the usual way.
Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel - Please note, 24
hours notice is required for cancellation
of any treatments booked. Failure to notify results
in the fee remaining payable.
- If we need to cancel - Every
effort is made to provide the treatments as booked.
However, occasionally the equipment may fail or a
therapist may be taken ill. In these circumstances
we may need to contact you to rearrange your
appointment. We will always try to do this as soon
as we know there is a problem. Please make sure we
have up to date details of your contact numbers
(home, work, mobile).
Security:
- We make every effort to ensure that security
issues are taken care of in the salon. It is,
however, your responsibility to make sure your
possessions are safe and within your sight at all
times. If you have to move from one room to another please make sure your
belongings are safe. The salon cannot accept
responsibility for replacement of stolen or damaged
items.
Complaints:
- Should you have cause for dissatisfaction
regarding any aspect of your visit to the salon,
please let us know. We would wish to have the
opportunity to put things right. We can only do this
if you tell us.
Compliments and Suggestions:
- We try to maintain a high standard at all times.
If you feel you have received excellent treatment -
please tell your therapist.
- If you have any ideas that would help us to
improve our service, please let us know.
